Kachins in Myitkyina raise Kachin national flags at half mast, pray and mourn for the fallen cadets from the Kachin Independence Army's Military Academy. The Burma Army's 105mm howitzer attack killed 23 cadets from various ethnic armies and wounded 20 others on 19.11.2014.
