ကခ်င္ဆရာမ(၂)ဦး အဓမၼျပဳက်င့္ခံရၿပီး အသတ္ခံရတဲ့ အမွဳအပါအ၀င္ ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္တြင္းျဖစ္ေနတဲ့ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရး ခ်ဳိးေဖာက္မွဳေတြကို စံုစမ္း အေရးယူေပးေရး ျမန္မာအစိုးရကို အေမရိကန္အစိုးရအေနနဲ႔ ဖိအားေပးဖို႔ Kachin Alliance ေခၚ ကခ်င္မဟာမိတ္အဖဲြ႔က ေတာင္းဆိုလိုက္ပါတယ္။ ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ အေရးနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္လို႔ ဇန္န၀ါရီလ (၂၈)ရက္ေန႔က အေမရိကန္ျပည္ေထာင္စု အေရွ႕အာရွပစိဖိတ္ေရးရာ ဒု-လက္ေထာက္ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီး Scott Marciel နဲ႔ ကခ်င္မဟာမိတ္အဖဲြ႔ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ေတြ ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့တာပါ။ မအင္ၾကင္းႏိုင္က အေၾကာင္းစံုေျပာျပမွာပါ။

ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္တြင္း ျဖစ္ေနတဲ့ တိုက္ပဲြေတြနဲ႔ ဒုကၡသည္အေရးကိစၥအပါအ၀င္ မၾကာေသးခင္က ျဖစ္ပြားခဲ့တဲ့ ေစတနာ့၀န္ထမ္း ကခ်င္ဆရာမ (၂)ဦး ေသဆံုးခဲ့မႈနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္လို႔ အေမရိကန္ဒုလက္ေထာက္ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီး Scott Marciel နဲ႔ ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့တယ္လို႔ အေမရိကန္ျပည္ေထာင္စုအေျခစိုက္ ကခ်င္မဟာမိတ္အဖဲြ႔ ဥကၠ႒ Gum San ကဗီြအိုေအကိုေျပာပါတယ္။

"က်ေနာ္တို႔ အဓိကေဆြးေႏြးျဖစ္တာ အခုျဖစ္ေနတဲ့ျဖစ္စဥ္ေပါ့ ျငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးျဖစ္စဥ္နဲ႕ ဒီ အၾကမ္းဖက္မႈကို ကခ်င္လူမ်ိဳးအေနျဖင့္ တိုင္းရင္းသားအေနျဖင့္ စိုးရိမ္ေၾကာင္းၾကမႈရွိတဲ့ အေၾကာင္း က်ေနာ္တို႔ဖြင့္ေျပာတာပါ။ ဒီလိုအမ်ိဳးသမီးေတြကို ရက္စက္စြာ သတ္ျဖတ္ျပီးမွ အဓမၼျပဳက်င့္ခဲ့တဲ့ဟာကို က်ေနာ္တို့ လက္မခံေတာ့ဘူးေပါ့ေနာ္။ ဒီ ၂၀၁၀ကေန ျငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးယူထားတဲ့ ေနရာျဖစ္ျဖစ္ မယူေသးတဲ့ေနရာျဖစ္ျဖစ္ ျဖစ္ခဲ့တဲ့ျဖစ္စဥ္က မုဒိမ္းမႈ ၁၁၈ မႈရွိခဲ့တယ္။ အဲ့ဒါက ရပ္တန္းကေန ရပ္သင့္ျပီလို႔ က်ေနာ္တို႔ ေတာင္းဆိုတာပါ"

မအင္ၾကင္းႏုိင္။  ။။ အဲဒီေတာ့ လက္ရွိျဖစ္ေနတဲ့ ဒီဆရာမေလး ၂ ေယာက္ကို အတင္းအဓမၼျပဳက်င့္ျပီးေတာ့ အသတ္ခံရတဲ့ ကိစၥမွာ ဟို စုံစမ္းစစ္ေဆးေနဆဲေပါ့ေလ။ ဆိုေတာ့ ဒီအေပၚမွာ အေမရိကန္ အစိုးရဘက္ကေရာ သူတို့ဘာေတြသိထားသလဲ သူတို႔ဘယ္လို တုန္႕ျပန္သလဲရွင့္။

"သူတို႔ကေျပာတာေတာ့ ဒီဟာကေတာ့ လက္သည္ မေပၚေသးတဲ့ အေၾကာင္း ေျပာတာေပါ့။ ေနာက္တစ္ခုက သံအရာရွိနဲ႔ေတြ႔တဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာ ဒီအေၾကာင္းကို သူတို႔စိုးရိမ္တဲ့အေၾကာင္းေျပာပါတယ္လို႔ က်ေနာ္တို႔ကို ျပန္ရွင္းျပပါတယ္။ ဘယ္အထိေဆြးေႏြးတာကေတာ့ အတိအက် က်ေနာ္တို႔မသိပါဘူး။ ေနာက္တစ္ခုကေတာ့ ဒီတစ္ပါတ္ကုန္လာျပီဆိုရင္ ဗမာျပည္ သူသြားဖို့ အစီအစဥ္ရွိပါတယ္တဲ့။ ရွိတဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာေတာ့ အစိုးရကို ဒီဟာနဲ႕ပါတ္သက္ျပီးမွ တိုက္တြန္းမယ္ေပါ့ေနာ္။ ဒီ စံုစမ္းတဲ့ အစီအစဥ္မွာေရာ လူေတြအားလုံး လက္ခံႏိုင္တဲ့ ပြင့္လင္းျမင္သာမႈရွိတဲ့ စံုစမ္းမႈျဖစ္ခဲ့ေစခ်င္တဲ့ အေၾကာင္း သူတို႔ေျပာတယ္"

ဇန္န၀ါရီလ (၁၉)ရက္ေန႔ည အမႈျဖစ္ခဲ့တဲ့ ေနရာနားမွာ အခင္းျဖစ္ခ်ိန္တုန္းက အစိုးရတပ္ဖဲြ႔တဖဲြ႔ စခန္းခ်ခဲ့တာေၾကာင့္ အဲဒီစစ္တပ္က စစ္သားေတြကိုလည္း စံုစမ္းစစ္ေဆးေနတာေတြရွိပါတယ္။ Gum San အပါအ၀င္ လူအေတာ္မ်ားမ်ား အေနနဲ႔လည္း သူတို႔ သိထားတဲ့ သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္ေတြအရ စစ္တပ္အေပၚ သံသယ၀င္ၾကတဲ့ပံုရွိပါတယ္။

"အထက္ကေနျပီးေတာ့ စံုစမ္းစစ္ေဆးမယ္။ ေနာက္တစ္ခုက စစ္တပ္ကေနျပီးေတာ့ ပိုက္ဆံလာေပးတာဟာ က်ေနာ္တို႔ုၾကားပါတယ္။ သိန္း (၅၀) ေပါ့ေနာ္။ အဲလိုပံုစံနဲ႔လုပ္တယ္။ မရဘူး။ မရေတာ့ ျပန္ျခိမ္းေျခာက္မႈနဲ႔ ျပန္တုန္႔ျပန္တာေပါ့။ စစ္တပ္ကေနျပီးေတာ့ ပထမဆုံး ဓါတ္ပံု႐ိုက္တဲ့ ကိစၥေတြမွာ စစ္ေၾကာင္းမႉးကေနျပီးေတာ့ ဓါတ္ပံုဖ်က္ခိုင္းတာတို႔ ျဖစ္ခဲ့တာေပါ့ေနာ္။ ဓါတ္ပံု႐ိုက္တဲ့ ရြာသားေတြရွိတယ္။ တစ္ျခားရြာကေနေပါ့။ ႐ိုက္ျပီးမွ ျပန္လာတဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာ ဒီလမ္းထိပ္မွာ သူတို႔ရြာဝမွာ ေစာင့္ျပီးမွ ဓါတ္ပံုဖ်က္ခိုင္းတဲ့ဟာေတြ ျဖစ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္"

ေစတနာ့၀န္ထမ္း ကခ်င္ဆရာမႏွစ္ဦးအသတ္ခံရတဲ့ အမႈနဲ႔ပါတ္သက္လို့ အမႈမွန္ေပၚေပါက္ေရးစံုစမ္းစစ္ေဆးဖို႔နဲ႔ တရားမွ်တမႈရွိေအာင္ေဆာင္ရြက္ဖို႔ အေမရိကန္ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရးဌာနက ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ရက္ပိုင္းေတြ အတြင္းကလည္း ေတာင္းဆိုခဲ့တာပါ။ အခုလို အေမရိကန္ထိပ္တန္း တာ၀န္ရွိသူတဦးအေနနဲ႔ ဒီအမႈနဲ႔ပါတ္သက္ၿပီး အေမရိကန္ျပည္ေထာင္စုအေျခစိုက္ ကခ်င္အဖဲြ႔အစည္းနဲ႔ ေတြ႔ဆုံခဲ့တာဟာ ပထမဆံုးအႀကိမ္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

Kachin Alliance President Gum San NSang gave words of tribute and General Secretary Ja Seng Mai gave eulogy.

 Kachin Alliance President Gum San NSang gave words of tribute and General Secretary Ja Seng Mai gave eulogy. They highlighted passion and commitment of the two teachers to serve God and to give back to their community.
Rev. Cin Do Thawng from Chin community and Rev. Lakang Ah Le of Maryland Kachin Baptist Church offered prayer of comfort. Churches in US and organizations offered their deepest condolences the families of the two slain Christian teachers, the Kachin Baptist Convention and Kachin community.
Rev. Dr. Robert Cochran, Associate Executive Director of District of Columbia Baptist Convention, delivered sermon during memorial service for the two baptist teachers who were raped and murdered while volunteering at a teaching ministry of Kachin Baptist Convention.
Rev. Dr. Joseph Glaze, Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, offered words of encouragement during memorial service for the two murdered Kachin christian women at Calvary Baptist Church in Washington DC.
Rev. Patricia Hernandez of American Baptist Churches delivered condolence from American Baptist Churches USA at memorial service for the two slain teacher in Washington DC.
A memorial service for Maran Lu Ra and Tangbau Hkawn Tsin was held in Washington DC today. Members of Chin, Karen and Burmese community joined members of Kachin community and Calvary Baptist Church at the prayer service along with representatives from American Baptist Churches and District of Columbia Baptist Convention. They honored the two young Christian women whose lives and ministries were cut short by a horrendous act.
TWO YOUNG KACHIN MEN CAPTURED BY BURMA ARMY. ONE IS KILLED AND ONE IS STILL BEING HELD HOSTAGE
Two young Kachin men were captured by Burma Army while collecting firewood near their town, Mawhan in northern Shan state. They are 15 and 20 yrs. old. On Jan 23, 2015, Burma Army asked Mawhan elder to collect the body of Tu Nan Lasham from the army. He was severely tortured. He had bruises all over his body. He was shot twice on his leg and his chin. The army had also changed his clothes to army colored shirt. The young men were last seen by the father of one of them at lunch time on the day of their capture. Locals saw the two young men being held hostage by the Burma army around 1pm. But, they only saw one men around 4pm. One of the two Naw Ja is still being held hostage by the Burma Army at this time. (photo credit to Lachid Kachin)

Carrying the bodies of the two fallen teachers reached KBC HQs compound in Myitkyina

The motorcade carrying the bodies of the two fallen teachers reached KBC HQs compound in Myitkyina. Funeral procession will start from KBC HQs to AD 2000 Hall in Nawng nang near Jam Bum Cemetery where the two Christians will receive Christian burial.
